Kimberly and Russell helped us in July 2018 to purchase and in February 2023 to sell our starter home on Rapids Drive in Racine, WI. We have been highly satisfied returning customers for a good reason: on both occasions they have been warm and personal, always willing to help even with urgent matters not immediately relating to the business proper, creative, experienced, highly professional and very efficient. At the time of purchase they prevented me from losing my patience with a pesky, annoying mortgage company demanding ever more evidence of my financial reliability and at the time of sale Kimberly and Russell found us a buyer who bought our home for about 30 % more than what we had paid for it even though it was in need of repairs and the market was everything but a sellers' market. We had a hard time to find a freight forwarder willing to pick up 2 oversized monster crates with our personal effects from out of our 1 1/2 size garage which we had built without much consideration of the problem how to move them down the inclined driveway onto the truck. Russel was there to "persuade" the driver (in spite of his initial reluctance) to move them out of the garage with a mobile forklift. They also were as "pushy" as needed to make us understand that we had to move out ourselves and our stuff to meet deadlines conducive to the desired speedy sale of our home (residents are sometimes reluctant and slow to uproot themselves from a place they have enjoyed for years). To summarize: If we'd ever move back to Racine, WI (County) we would definitely ask Russell and Kimberly to assist us a 3rd time with our Real Estate needs and we recommend everybody to rely on them just like we did.
